📣 Experience the Flavors of Spring and Early Summer with Our New Offerings Starting April 10th!
1. Kashiwa Mochi
Celebrate the season with "Kashiwa Mochi," a traditional Japanese confectionery associated with Children's Day on May 5th. The oak tree, whose old leaves remain until new ones sprout, symbolizes the continuity of family and prosperity of descendants. Our Kashiwa Mochi comes in three delightful fillings: smooth red bean paste (koshian), chunky red bean paste (tsubuan), and sweet miso-flavored bean paste (misoan). Enjoy the refreshing aroma of oak leaves as you savor this seasonal delicacy.
2. Kogane Dango (Zunda)
Following the success of our "Kogane Dango (Sakura)," we're excited to introduce "Kogane Dango (Zunda)" in anticipation of the early summer season. This vibrant green treat features a luscious edamame (young soybean) paste, known as zunda, which is carefully mashed to retain a pleasant texture. The zunda paste generously tops our freshly made, soft rice dumplings, offering a taste experience that captures the essence of early summer.
Both of these seasonal delights will be available for a limited time starting April 10th. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in these traditional flavors that celebrate the changing seasons.
