Spring gently gives way to early summer—and with that transition comes kashiwa mochi, a seasonal Japanese sweet.
Soft, tender rice cake envelops a delicate filling,lightly wrapped in fragrant oak leaves.With each bite, the subtle aroma of the leaf unfolds,followed by the gentle sweetness of the filling.
We offer three varieties: smooth red bean paste, chunky red bean paste, and miso-flavored paste—each bringing its own character to the season.
