Starting February 15, we are introducing Sakura Dōmyōji. Dōmyōji is made from steamed and dried glutinous rice, coarsely ground to retain a pleasant texture. We wrap smooth, sweet red bean paste in this delicate dough, creating a delightful balance of flavors.
Infused with sakura blossoms, this treat offers a fragrant taste of spring. Enjoy it with or without the salted sakura leaf, according to your preference.
